Modern Slavery Policy
Statement
Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of basic human rights. It can take many forms, including forced labour, servitude, human trafficking, and other practices that exploit individuals for commercial or personal gain. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to conducting all aspects of our business ethically, responsibly, and with integrity. We have systems and controls in place to help ensure modern slavery has no place within our operations or supply chains.
Commitment
We are dedicated to maintaining transparency in how we operate and in how we address the risk of modern slavery. The same high standards are expected from all suppliers, contractors, and business partners we work with. This policy applies to everyone representing or working on behalf of our business in any capacity, including employees, directors, agency workers, contractors, consultants, and external partners.
Responsibility
Overall responsibility for ensuring this policy is followed lies with our senior leadership. All managers and supervisors are required to ensure their teams understand and comply with the principles set out in this policy.
Compliance
Preventing, identifying, and reporting modern slavery is the responsibility of everyone involved in our business. All employees and partners must remain alert to potential risks and raise concerns immediately if they suspect that a breach of this policy may have occurred or could occur in the future.
Communication and Awareness
We promote awareness of modern slavery risks across our teams and provide training where needed. Our zero-tolerance stance is communicated clearly to suppliers, contractors, and business partners at the start of any relationship and reinforced when appropriate.
Breaches of Policy
Any employee found to be in breach of this policy may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. Similarly, we will end relationships with contractors, suppliers, or partners who fail to uphold the same standards.
